Recognizing that we can have exponentially more impact working together, we're developing communities and collectives to help create human-centric workplace experiences, foster diverse, inclusive and sustainable cultures, evangelize and proliferate action, and amplify the voices of all who share the same commitment to having and impact.
Our first managed community, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, launched in March of 2023. Our communities leverage a unique approach that combines thought leadership, networking, and professional development, plus member-to-member marketing channels. We encourage members to track and help amplify the messages of other members. We also encourage members to partner with each other on content creation and co-marketing events.
- Each community is professionally managed and moderated to help create and sustain engagement, and ultimately value for subscribers.
- We also offer content strategies, curation and production services to members to facilitate individual brand promotion and lead generation efforts.
