We're a human-centered AI transformation consultancy with ten years of experience helping SMB and mid-market organizations build real capability.
Most other organizations are approaching AI the same way they've approached every major technology before it. Tool-first. Training-first. Adoption metrics as the finish line. It's the same pattern and it produces the same results every time. The knowledge of what actually works has existed for decades. What's been missing is a methodology that operationalizes it.
That's Spinderok.
Our approach starts with fit: where AI genuinely belongs in the work, where it creates the most meaningful return, and how to invest in that specifically. What gets built is traceable, accelerated, and designed to last without depending on us to sustain it.
The difference between organizations that deploy AI and organizations that create value with it comes down to fluency: transferable judgment that doesn't expire when the next technology feature drops. Building fluency, at every level of the organization, is the work.
We operate as a catalyst and an accelerator that delivers work in conjunction with a network of trusted collaborators and partners. Spinderok is based in Chicago.
