Susan Sanders

Susan is a bold and forward-thinking strategist focused on real-world implications of AI—not just for the technology's sake, but for how we work, learn, and live. With over two decades of experience guiding organizational transformations, Susan brings a critical lens to the AI conversation.

As the leader of Spinderok, she partners with technology leaders to intentionally & responsibly bring AI into the workplace. As a Strategic Partner for Civita Prospera, she is instrumental in the development of innovative programs and models that will drive sustainable, prosperous communities enabled by AI.

Prior to founding Spinderok, she spent over a decade working to transform Digital EX with senior IT, HR, and Communications execs, including 8 years at Willis Towers Watson in workplace tech and 3 years leading Velaku – a communications technology start-up. She currently serves the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners as Impact Chair & as President of the Chicago Chapter.
