About the Facilitator: Susan Sanders

Susan is a bold and forward-thinking strategist focused on real-world implications of AI—not just for technology's sake, but for how we work, learn, and live. With over two decades of experience guiding organizational transformations, Susan brings a critical lens to the AI conversation. 

As the leader of Spinderok, she partners with technology leaders to intentionally and responsibly bring AI into the workplace. 

Prior to founding Spinderok, she spent over a decade working to transform Digital EX with senior IT, HR, and Communications execs, including 8 years at Willis Towers Watson and 3 years leading Velaku – a communications technology start-up.  She currently serves IAMCP Americas as Impact Chair & President, Chicago Chapter.
