Susan  is a change leader and Founder of Spinderok who challenges the status quo, helping companies reset the strategies and plans that are holding them back from sustaining diverse, inclusive and compassionate spaces where employees, communities and the business thrive. 

Prior to founding Spinderok, she spent over a decade in the trenches alongside senior HR, IT and Communications execs, including 8 years at Willis Towers Watson and 3 years leading Velaku – a communications technology start-up.  She recently launched  Interwovn - a new community-based marketing program designed to amplify the mission, vision, services and products of her customers and communities.
